Drink your WATER!

I was doing so great with my water intake and then for some reason I fell off track. Same with my walking! So I am making the extra effort as we discussed to work on both of those things.

I wanted to share a yummy way to drink your water...change things up a bit.

I have been keeping a pitcher of water with sliced cucumber & lemon in the fridge.  The whole family has been really enjoying it.  I am going to add some basil this week to see how it turns out.

We need to try the cucumber drink you loved when you were prego....what was that again?

  1. Better late than never. It was cucumber juice, mint, lime, sugar and club soda. Replace the sugar with Splenda and dream of vodka or gin. xo
